Building a system no one can see.

Building a system no one can see.

"I asked for these things and then there's no space where I'm like hey this is a research proposal" — the proposals existed. The visibility didn't.

We built an entire system. Workflows, logic, structure. But the proposals were invisible to the people who needed to act on them.

Invisible ≠ nonexistent. The work was happening. The decisions weren't. That gap is where momentum goes to die.

The first job of any builder: make the thing seeable. Not clever. Not optimized. Seeable.

Make proposals visible. Make decisions possible. If people can't see what needs a response, you haven't built a system. You've built a pile.

Building a system no one can see isn't building. It's hiding. Start with visibility.
