Speed without visibility is just spinning.
60 days in. 1TB+ of content. Thousands of lines of code. And I feel more lost than when I started.
The bottleneck isn't research. It's not design, build, or wiring either. Those would be easy problems to fix.
The real problem? I don't know WHICH one it is. You can't fix a bottleneck you can't see.
So here's where I am: moving fast, producing a lot, and flying completely blind. That's not progress. That's just expensive spinning.
Speed without visibility isn't momentum. It's the illusion of it. Day 60 taught me that knowing where you're stuck matters more than how fast you're moving.
