Autonomy means faster fixes. But it also means decisions get made without a human in the loop — and that changes everything.
The demon is only as trustworthy as the rules we give it. Define those wrong and helping becomes a liability.
So before we ship it to the team: we don't ask who gets access. We ask what it's allowed to do on its own. That's the real question.
