Broken images. Failed handoffs. Unclear signals. Confusing UI.

Broken images. Failed handoffs. Unclear signals. Confusing UI.

That's not a bug list. That's a frustration audit. When one product contains all four, you're not looking at bugs — you're looking at a system that's lost the user's trust.

Broken images: the user assumes the data is broken too. Whether or not it is.

Failed handoffs: the user has to hold state the product was supposed to hold for them. Every handoff failure is outsourced cognitive load.

Unclear signals: the user can't tell success from failure. So they default to assuming failure. Default-to-pessimism IS what a trust deficit looks like.

Confusing UI: the user doesn't know what to do next. So they do nothing. Activation drops to zero quietly.

When all four show up together, you don't have a backlog. You have a redesign waiting to be admitted.

Broken images, failed handoffs, unclear signals, confusing UI — any one is a bug. All four is a verdict.
