That's not focus. That's a tab graveyard with a heartbeat.

The move is to dump the context. Hand it to a person, an agent, a doc — somewhere it can be synthesized without your hands on it. Then ask one question: where am I actually trying to be?

Takeaway: until that destination is a single sentence, you don't have a focus problem. You have a delegation problem.
